Our hugely popular fitness boxing classes have been developed over time to bring you a short, sharp workout that is over in a flash.

Starting with a warm up, we will get the heart rate up before we put on the gloves and start working some basic combos on the bag.  Add in a few sprints to really up the intensity and keep the rest periods short…. You can imagine how the sweat starts to pour!!

Next we move on to pad rounds, these are optional, so if you would prefer to stay on the bag that’s totally fine.  On the pads you will work through some boxing combos learning correct technique for throwing and catching punches.  

If you have never tried boxing before it really is a fun way of getting fitter, stronger and feeling like you can take on the world.  The benefits of this style of training are huge, but the other great thing is that although its always a tough workout, you can really see/ feel yourself improving as you learn the correct technique.  Once you start landing the combos, you’ll feel unstoppable!

We have mixed classes, early morning classes, ladies only classes and online sessions, so there really is something for everyone.

We have gloves you can borrow if you don’t have any and you don’t need any experience to get started!
