Fight Camp is a fitness, nutrition and wellbeing programme that runs three times a week over a six week block. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am and last one hour. The Facebook group is a great way of keeping you motivated and focussed on your goal even when you’re not at class!
Each class incorporates a mixture of body weight, kettlebell and cardio exercises and are tailored to suit every fitness level and all shapes and sizes.
Classes are run by Gill Lyon, a fully qualified, highly motivated Fitness Instructor who is dedicated to helping you reach your goals.
